Hello, I'm Helen Hadley.<\/strong><\/div>
I discovered sound baths at a time in my life when I felt I truly needed to stop.<\/div>
Between work, responsibilities, and the constant feeling of rushing, I realized that even when I tried to rest, my mind wouldn't slow down. I needed to find a way to get back to myself, breathe deeper, and feel a little more calm amidst all the noise.<\/div>
What started as a personal experience ended up transforming into something much deeper.<\/div>
Through sound, I found a space to slow down, release tension, and simply be present. And little by little, that experience sparked in me the desire to share it with others as well.<\/div>
As someone who has been running their own business for years, I know how easy it is to fall into autopilot, juggling many things at once and always putting rest off until later.<\/div>
That's why my approach comes from a very human and real place.<\/div>
I create spaces where sound becomes a refuge.<\/div>
My intention with each session is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and give yourself a moment of real pause amidst the speed of everyday life.<\/div>
More than a one-time experience, I want each sound bath to be an invitation to reconnect with yourself from a kinder, more conscious, and present place.<\/div>
No prior experience or \u201cknowing how to do it well\u201d is required.<\/div>

Calming spaces through sound and Reiki<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Through sound baths and their combination with Reiki, I guide people who feel the need to disconnect from external noise and reconnect with themselves in a state of calm.<\/div>
Each session is designed as an intimate, accessible, and expectation-free space where you can feel comfortable, relax, and experience it at your own pace.<\/div>
