A space to quiet the outside noise and hear yourself again
Calm
Presence
Balance
You don't need to “know how to meditate” to enjoy a sound bath.
A sound bath is an immersive experience where different instruments such as Tibetan bowls, bells, or vibrational sounds create a space of deep relaxation and presence.
But beyond the technical explanation, it's an invitation to pause.
We are so accustomed to living surrounded by noise, stimuli, and songs that awaken memories, emotions, or thoughts, that we rarely have space to simply be.
That's why the sounds used during the session don't aim to generate a specific reaction, as happens with any song.
They don't tell a story.
They don't take you out.
They escort you inside.
And precisely because sound is ephemeral, the mind stops constantly anticipating what's next and starts connecting with the here and now.
For many people, it becomes one of the few moments in the week where they truly feel they can slow down, release tension, and return to themselves.
A journey inward.

The soul behind Sounds Like Balance.
I discovered sound baths during a time of personal change, when I felt the need to stop and find more balance. What started as an intimate experience turned into a key tool for my own well-being.
As a business owner myself, I understand how easy it is to live with high demands and little room to disconnect. That's why I offer accessible experiences adapted to real life.
What can a sound bath offer you?
We live surrounded by constant stimuli, noise, and rushing. And often, even when we try to rest, we feel our minds are still racing.
Sound baths create a space where you don't need to do anything but stop.
Through vibration, conscious listening, and presence, the body gradually begins to release tension and enter a state of greater calm.
A real break in the midst of the noise
A moment to slow down, breathe deeper, and step away, even if just for an instant, from the constant feeling of rush and overload.
Less tension, more calm
Greater connection with yourself
A break for the nervous system
Presence and mindfulness
How can you feel after the experience?
Each experience is different because each person comes with different energy, a different state of mind, and different needs.
Even so, many people describe feeling:
- a deep sense of calm and mental rest,
- greater connection with themselves and their bodies,
- relief from overstimulation and mental noise,
- Emotional and mental clarity,
- a slower, more mindful breath,
- physical relaxation and tension release,
- feeling of lightness and presence,
- Better rest and nervous system regulation.
It's not about “doing it right.”.
It's about giving yourself permission to stop.
We'll resolve your doubts before the session.
Do I need prior experience for a session?
No, absolutely not. The sessions are designed for anyone who wants to relax, regardless of whether they have practiced meditation or other techniques before.
What should I bring to a sound bath session?
Only comfortable clothes and a willingness to give yourself a break. The rest of the environment will be prepared (mats, blankets, music) so you just have to arrive and lie down.
Are they effective in times of high stress or burnout?
Yes, of great value. These sessions are among the most accessible for overloaded nervous systems, acting as a tool to promote general calm.
Can I gift one of these experiences to someone else?
Of course. Whether in a couples' format or by purchasing a gift card. You can send us an email directly to request it and we will help you with everything.
Are the sessions in person or also online?
They are mainly in-person at our studio in Granada, as the physical vibration of the instruments is best perceived and enjoyed live. However, we also offer personalized and adapted online sessions so you can experience them from the comfort of your home.
Do I have to be stressed or anxious to attend a session?
No, not at all. Although it's an excellent tool for regulating the nervous system and releasing accumulated tension during times of stress or burnout, you don't need to be at your limit to attend. It's a space for self-care and calm for anyone who simply wants to pause, breathe, and give themselves a moment of presence.
Sometimes, what we need most isn't more answers, but space to breathe.
I invite you to live this experience and discover what happens when the body relaxes, the mind turns down the volume, and for a moment, you can simply be.
